Along with our monthly podcast publications, we also create mini-episodes, Black Fam #Unplugged, engaging in conversations with a variety of inspiring individuals from our community. 

Black Fam 2.5 #Unplugged : Black Business Edition

For the first episode of Black Fam Unplugged, we sit down with UCI student who is the proud owner of  Topgyal––a business dedicated to creating natural products for skin and haircare. 

With the resurgence of the Black Lives Matter Movement, many Black business owners have reported an influx in business. In recognition of August as National Black Business Month, and adhering to social distancing guidelines, we celebrated the community by exploring some of the Black businesses in the LA & OC areas!
